Last year, i was considering placing my home on the market. This team was recommended to me by a friend. Yordan returned my call promptly and was able to meet the same day which was a Tuesday. He was able to provide great insight into the process and after speaking to him for only a few minutes I decided to list my home with Pledger and Polanco. Erika held an open house that Saturday and by that night i had nearly twenty offers. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She explained the details of each offer thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I agreed on an offer that night. Both Erika and Yordan kept me updated throughout the closing process and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. I highly recommend this team. They are amazing at what they do!
